By placing an order, you confirm that you accept the following terms & conditions:

Terms & conditions

All plants will be supplied bare root and if no size is stated, plants will be supplied as a 1 litre pot sized plant. Larger or smaller plants will be stated next to the price of the plant on the website.

We reserve the right to alter product prices, specification and availability at any time.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are suitable for your own application.

We can take plant orders all year round but will only dispatch plants at the appropriate times and when weather conditions are suitable. This is normally between April – October or as stated alongside the individual plant.

Delivery charges are calculated in the shopping cart.

Once we confirm your order you will be asked for full payment via Paypal where you can pay using visa/debit card or through paypal.  

All pictures are for illustrative purposes only.

Plants may have slight variations from those shown on the website, depending on the time of the year, the weather and growing conditions at that time.

All items are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reject any order.

Plants must be opened on arrival, watered and planted as soon as possible to give plants the best chance of establishing.

Tor Garden Plants is not registered for VAT.

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us via email or post with details of the order you wish to cancel.

A refund will be issued for cancellations if the following conditions are met:

1) Plants must be returned in same condition as received.

2) You are responsible for arranging return postage at your cost.

If for any reason your plants arrive damaged or plants are missing, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and please hold on to any damaged packaging until you hear from us. We will sort out a replacement or refund and if you return the plants to us within 30 days we will reimburse your postage costs.
