Soft, bottle brush shoots appear from below the water. It can be grown as a deep water oxygenating plant as a marginal. Can be invasive in large natural ponds and lakes. It grows in almost any conditions, even tolerates moving water and can be grown in dappled shade.

  • Position: MARGINAL - full sun or partial shade
  • Soil: chalk / sand / loam / clay
  • Height: 0.1 - 0.3 metres
  • Spread: 0.1 - 0.3 metres
  • Planting Depth: Best planted in pots for use as oxygenator submerge with foliage under water up to 25cm or use as a marginal just below the water surace.
  • Dispatch period: May to October
